My name is Pam, not Iris (Iris comes from my daughter's middle name and sounds way cooler).

I'm a one woman show so I  will be your photographer at your session and the one doing all the things behind the scenes! 
This is going to be my 12th year doing photography full-time and it is honestly my dream job.

Before Iris Images, I was a high school English teacher for 5 years but found out quickly that was not the career path for me, so I  took a leap of faith, quit teaching and started my own business. Turns out it was the best decision I  ever made.

Connecting with so many amazing people and helping them see how beautiful they truly are is definitely why I  love this job so much. So many of my seniors express to me that they don't feel like they're photogenic and they're really nervous to be in front of the camera but my absolute favorite thing is to see how much more confident they become as the shoot progresses. By the end, all of their nerves have gone away and it's the coolest thing to see them feeling confident and beautiful.

I  am here to be your biggest hype woman. None of my seniors have been professional models but I  hope to make you feel like you could be by the end of your shoot!
