I’m so behind on blogging my class of 2016 sessions, but it’s so much fun revisiting these sessions from last summer. I just loved working with LaJoy and her mom! It was sooo windy the night of her session, but we tried doing the shots downtown anyway. We decided, after about 30 minutes of trying to get a shot without her hair flying in front of her face, that it was probably best to reschedule the downtown portion of her shoot. We met up again the next morning and the weather was gorgeous.
LaJoy has a way of instantly connecting with people and making them feel like they’ve known her forever. She was so comfortable in front of the camera and could instantly switch from her serious model look to dancing around and making silly faces. I love it when I get to capture those true belly laughs. Love this girl!
